A large easy to read LCD screen displays the current time and the in/out punch indications for each employee. Unlike most of the time clocks sold today the Anviz Biometric OA200 is a wall mounted standalone time clock and does not require a computer to collect employee time, it stores all employee information in it's built-in memory, up to 50,000 employee transactions can be stored in the OA200 time clock, an internal battery ensures punches stored in the terminal are retained even in the event of a power outage, employee information can be then downloaded to a computer in 3 options, The first option is connecting the OA200 time clock directly to your network with an ethernet cable connected to a router or switch on your local or wide area network, or second by connecting the serial com port cable provided directly to a computer you can easily download all the employee records to the Bio-Office time and attendance software which automatically calculates the information to view, print and create various time and attendance reports. If you do not want to connect any wires to the time clock you can download records with a USB flash memory stick which works by inserting a USB flash drive into the OA200 time clock and downloading the records to the flash drive which can be then taken to the computer which has the time and attendance software installed in it, by inserting the USB flash drive in the computer you can easily upload the employee records to the time & attendance software.
The OA200 also has our fastest micro processor for more efficient image scanning in a heavily used environment. The OA200 also comes standard with voice notifications when employees clock in or out and also displays the employee name on the LCD screen.
